KOCH PARK

  • COMMENTS: This is the location of some of Empower Soccer's games and practices. It is in an well known spot among North County residents. The Mayor is very much on board.   

DELLWOOD - NCIC

NCIC

  • Location - North County Innovation Center (NCIC)

  • Address - 10174 W Florissant Ave, St. Louis, MO 63136

  • Landowner - Either Lendnation or NCIC 

  • Contact - Ken & Beverly Jenkins - I (Andrew) can make the introductions as necessary

  • COMMENTS: There are two tarmac areas (one by Lendnation and one on the NCIC lot) that may work and would need to be looked at. This is on a main road and was a major hotspot during the Ferguson protests. I am working with the City of Dellwood (Dellwood Rec Center is right nearby) to grow soccer in the area and we use a co-working space at NCIC.

  • Address - 10266 W Florissant Ave, St. Louis, MO 63136

  • Landowner - City of Dellwood 

  • Contact - Parks Director Kevin Williams - I (Andrew) can make the introductions as necessary

  • COMMENTS: This is on a main road and was a major hotspot during the Ferguson protests (neighbors NCIC). I am working with the City of Dellwood (Dellwood Rec Center is right nearby) to grow soccer in the area and we use a co-working space at NCIC.
